Privacy and notice at collection

This notice is provided by California Multifamily Water Heaters, which operates this website and its assessment request form.

Information in a request

The assessment form asks for identifiers such as your name, email and optional telephone number; your organization and role; and property information including location, unit count, equipment condition, fuel and timing. Free-text notes contain whatever additional information you choose to provide.

The request also carries its source domain and page path, referring page, campaign parameters where available, consent choices, form version and submission time. Anti-abuse checks may process technical data, including an IP address, through the form security provider. Please exclude resident records, income documents and payment information.

Purpose and recipients

The operator, California Multifamily Water Heaters, uses this information to evaluate and respond to the water heating inquiry, route a referral with your consent and protect the form against misuse. With your consent, your details are shared with a qualified California contractor partner so they can contact you.

Form processing and record storage use service providers, including Cloudflare and Google Sheets. A project referral may result in operator compensation.

The optional follow-up choice is separate from the required project-contact consent. Neither checkbox is preselected. Requesting an assessment does not authorize SMS or automated marketing calls.

Retention and access

We keep your information indefinitely until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, submit the Request a free assessment form and note your deletion request.

Access is limited to the people responsible for handling requests and maintaining the service.

Questions and privacy requests

To make a privacy request concerning access, correction or deletion, submit the Request a free assessment form and note your request. Identify your inquiry using the contact details you provided rather than sending identity documents by default.

Revisit this notice if the collection or referral process changes.
